Should you ever feel dissatisfied with the new flooring you have had installed by us we guarantee to put it right. If a problem should arise within 6 months of having your flooring installed by us – not down to any fault of your own, we promise to have one of our professional fitters come take a look for you to get the problem sorted. 

Within our store we have tons of sample books available to look through to help you find the perfect floor. For a small deposit we lend out the sample books which means you can look through them in the comfort of your own home. If you require professional advice we are always able to help and will give our honest opinion to make sure you leave with the most suitable product for your home or business.
